Please take note of the following terms and conditions:

  • Minimum Notice for Booking: 1 week notice before appointment. 3-4 days before appointment adds an additional fee of £15. 24 hours before appointment has an extra free charge £25.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your final balance.

  • Cancelling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Last minute cancellations will result in the loss of deposit.

  • Arrive on time: Please arrive on time for your appointment. £10 late free will be added for you for more than 30 minutes.

  • Health and safety: If you are feeling unwell or may have been exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment. Any sensitivities or allergy should be communicated before booking.
